Finally - finally! - the motoring industry has managed to create a car that makes Jeremy Clarkson weak at the knees. The 16-cylinder Bugatti Veyron can reach 250 mph (400 km/h) and costs a staggering ?00,000 (US$1.4m). The gearbox alone took five years to perfect, and can take the vehicle from full-speed to a complete stop in just ten seconds. Very few people will ever own one but Jeremy Clarkson can find no fault with it on this week's programme; it's so good that Stig, the Top Gear test driver, cries after trying it out.
